Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a technology-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of offices, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to identify and report unusual conditions, unauthorized access attempts, and security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, helping to support a professional and welcoming environment for authorized personnel and guests.
• Prepare accurate incident reports, patrol logs, and other required documentation while following Allied Universal and site-specific reporting requirements.

Pay Rate: $40.95 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Tue: 11:00 PM - 07:30 AM
• Wed: 11:00 PM - 07:30 AM
• Thur: 11:00 PM - 07:30 AM

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Possession of a Guard Card/License is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
