Allied Universal, North America’s leading security company, is hiring a Part Time Security Officer (Unarmed) for an industrial site in Audubon, PA. You will patrol, greet employees and visitors, follow site procedures, and support a welcoming environment.

This role offers a flexible weekend schedule (Sat/Sun 7:00 AM–3:00 PM) with a pay rate of $19.00 per hour. The duties include patrolling areas, monitoring access, and responding to incidents while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, contractors, and/or employees while carrying out security-related procedures at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Conduct regular patrols of production areas, warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, offices, and exterior perimeter.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for employees, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, solution-focused manner and document observations via daily reports.

Job Schedule:

• Sat 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Sun 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, contractors, and/or employees while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, offices, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for employees, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation protocols.
• Document patrol observations, incidents, and security-related concerns through accurate daily activity reports and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
