You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, observe and report activities, and provide outstanding customer service to patients, visitors, and staff. Pay Rate: $26.83 / Hour

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the healthcare location, including entrances, parking areas, waiting areas, and perimeter locations, to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, patient, and staff activity in accordance with site‑specific procedures.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
