Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Unarmed Security Officer to protect a healthcare location in Atlanta, GA. You will perform routine patrols, maintain a visible presence, and deliver professional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff.

The role requires at least 6 months of security experience, 18+ years old for unarmed roles, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Schedule is Fri/Sat/Sun 11:00 PM–7:00 AM with a pay rate of $18.10 per hour, and eligibility for shift-claim via

• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by following site-specific procedures and policies.
• Respond to incidents and medical emergencies calmly and document activities per site procedures.
• Conduct regular/unarmed patrols of facility interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor direction and access-control procedures.
• Prepare accurate incident and patrol reports and communicate with site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Pay Rate: $18.10 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Fri 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Sat 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Sun 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, security-related policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and other critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document activities according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of healthcare facility interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor direction, access-control procedures, and adherence to facility policies.
• Prepare accurate reports of incidents, observations, and/or patrol activities, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
