You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, monitor access points, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $18.91 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTime Fri 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM Sat 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, delivery-related concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of loading areas, vehicle access points, parking areas, trailers, docks, and the business perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location by observing personnel, visitors, contractors, and delivery drivers, and report unusual activity to appropriate site contacts.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activity in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
