• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

• Background check required by law; criminal histories reviewed.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at an automotive manufacturing location by following security procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of manufacturing areas, parking areas, access points, and facility perimeter to identify unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location, verify credentials, and maintain visitor/contractor records per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and document observations for leadership and management.
• Complete required reports, logs, and shift handoffs accurately and communicate security concerns to site leadership.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at an automotive manufacturing location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of manufacturing areas, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location, verify credentials as required, and maintain visitor and contractor entry records in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Complete required reports, logs, and shift handoffs accurately while communicating security-related concerns to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least one year of security-related experience.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
