Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.

• Maintain detailed activity logs and shift handoff communications.

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic media and technology location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and provide outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, talent, vendors, and guests at a media and technology location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of offices, studios, production areas, common spaces, parking areas, and the property perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials in accordance with site procedures, and report unauthorized access or unusual activity to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying site contacts and/or emergency services as directed.
• Maintain detailed activity logs, incident reports, and shift handoff communications while supporting a professional, welcoming environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfort with using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Possession of a guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
