As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a hotel and resort location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide exceptional customer service to guests and staff. You will communicate professionally, respond to security-related concerns, and support a welcoming environment through teamwork, integrity, and Allied Universal’s caring culture.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $17.25 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Sat 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Sun 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout hotel and resort grounds, including guest areas, parking areas, entrances, amenities, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points and report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Assist with documenting incidents and communicating relevant information to site leadership and/or emergency responders.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
