Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

• Drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

• Monitor access points and observe activity, reporting suspicious behavior and policy violations.
• Document incidents, patrols, and daily activities and communicate information to leadership and site contacts.

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a retail and mall location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for visitors, tenants, and staff. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and report security-related concerns. Pay Rate: $19.67 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, shoppers, tenants, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as directed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, including common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter spaces, helping to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, reporting suspicious behavior, maintenance concerns, and policy violations according to site procedures.
• Document incidents, patrols, and daily activities accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
