Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Unarmed Security Officer in High Point, NC. You will provide customer service, perform patrols, monitor access points, and respond to incidents while upholding site procedures and safety standards.

The role offers a schedule-based, part-time position with a pay rate of $12.00 per hour. Training and growth opportunities are highlighted in the program and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to drivers, visitors, employees, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control practices, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of transportation facility buildings, parking areas, loading zones, vehicle yards, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access in accordance with site procedures, and document visitor, vehicle, and delivery activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and/or emergency services when needed.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of patrol observations, incidents, access activity, and policy violations in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

• Thur 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Sat 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Sun 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

What You'll Do:
