Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security procedures and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout food production, warehouse, loading dock, parking, and perimeter areas to identify unusual activity and facility conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor, vendor, and delivery activity per site procedures to maintain orderly entry and exit.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and complete required reports.
• Help maintain a professional environment by observing and reporting potential security issues.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer supporting a food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and respond to alarms or unusual activity. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout food production, warehouse, loading dock, parking, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity, access concerns, and facility conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor, vendor, and delivery activity in accordance with site procedures, helping to maintain orderly entry and exit from the location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns and completing required reports according to site procedures.
• Help support a professional environment by observing and reporting potential security-related issues, property damage, policy violations, and suspicious activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
