As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points and alarm activity, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or contractors at a commercial real estate location by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor and contractor activity in accordance with site-specific policies and procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating with appropriate personnel and emergency responders as needed.
• Document patrols, incidents, and security-related observations through accurate reports and maintain professional communication with Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
