In this role, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and respond to security-related concerns with integrity, reliability, and teamwork.

What You’ll Do

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors while carrying out site‑specific security‑related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, surrounding grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual conditions and report observations.
• Respond to incidents, behavioral health‑related concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directions and escorts as assigned, and document incidents, patrols, and policy violations accurately.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel, emergency responders, and Allied Universal leadership regarding incidents, maintenance concerns, and other security‑related matters.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
