• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and document visitor activity as required.
• Complete detailed reports and communicate observations to site contacts and leadership.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. This primarily driving role requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. You will provide professional customer service, communicate clearly with site personnel, and support a caring, reliable team that acts with integrity.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Sat: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Sun: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, loading docks, trailer yards, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials as directed, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with site requirements.
• Complete detailed reports, communicate observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership, and support a professional environment for employees, visitors, and drivers.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• At this site there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
