• Respond to incidents and access-control concerns calmly and document observations for site contacts and leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of facility buildings, production-adjacent areas, parking areas, and the perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, supporting authorized entry for employees, contractors, and deliveries.
• Report hazards, policy violations, and unusual activity to relevant stakeholders.

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to site personnel, visitors, and/or vendors while carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.


• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.


• Conduct regular and random patrols of facility buildings, production-adjacent areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.


• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with location procedures, supporting authorized entry for employees, contractors, and delivery personnel.


• Maintain awareness of food and beverage facility conditions, including truck traffic and restricted areas, and report hazards, policy violations, and unusual activity.

Minimum Requirements

• Customer service experience is preferred.


• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.


• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.


• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.


• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.


• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.


• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
