What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property management by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control practices, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout the commercial property, including common areas, parking facilities, exterior grounds, and perimeter areas, to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and observe activity within the location, documenting security-related incidents, policy violations, hazards, and maintenance concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and assist with emergency response activities as directed.
• Maintain detailed daily activity reports and incident documentation, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership, property representatives, and public service agencies when needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
