As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time in Hunker, PA, you will perform site-specific screening, monitor access points, respond to incidents, and conduct routine patrols to maintain safety and security across the facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law; drug screen required where permitted.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific screening procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Screen individuals, packages, and vehicles entering designated areas in accordance with site procedures and applicable requirements.
• Monitor access points and loading or distribution areas, verify credentials as directed, and report irregularities or prohibited items to site leadership.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and actions according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, trailer yard, loading areas, and perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by location.

As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Screening in Hunker, PA, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking-up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $19.46 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Sat 04:00 AM - 10:00 AM
• Sun 04:00 AM - 10:00 AM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
