As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a food and beverage location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will interact professionally with employees, visitors, and vendors while providing exceptional customer service and clear communication. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $19.28 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Tue: 04:30 PM - 12:30 AM
• Sat: 12:00 PM - 08:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage production or distribution location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of facility grounds, production areas, warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter access points to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and policy concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and document entries, deliveries, and incidents accurately.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and emergency responders as needed.
• Maintain detailed daily activity reports and communicate observations, maintenance concerns, and security-related issues to Allied Universal leadership and designated site representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
