As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a retail location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy. What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, customers, and store associates while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.


• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, documenting and reporting observations according to site procedures.


• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout retail sales areas, entrances, stockroom‑adjacent areas, and the surrounding property to help deter unauthorized activity.


• Monitor access points and observe customer and employee activity for unusual conditions, reporting security-related concerns to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.


• Maintain a professional presence in a retail and mall environment while supporting a welcoming experience for customers and staff.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.


• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.


• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.


• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.


• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
