The President Abraham Lincoln Springfield, a DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel, is located in the heart of historic downtown Springfield, IL. We are seeking highly motivated individuals with a passion for service to join our Security team. This role is responsible for ensuring the safety of guests and team members, as well as the security of the hotel and property, supporting our commitment to delivering exceptional guest service and financial success.

Starting pay is $17.00 per hour!

What will I be doing?

As a Part Time Security Officer, your responsibilities include:

• Patrolling the interior and perimeter of the hotel and property to identify safety and security risks
• Responding to emergency situations such as hazards, fires, medical emergencies, and threats
• Promoting safe work practices
• Conducting preliminary investigations into incidents
• Writing reports and maintaining accurate documentation
• Responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly and courteously
