Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and staff while following site-specific procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office buildings, common areas, parking facilities, loading docks, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor, contractor, and delivery entry procedures per policy.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and document activities.
• Prepare clear patrol/incident reports and note maintenance concerns.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $18.67 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Sat: 05:00 AM - 01:00 PM
• Sun: 05:00 AM - 01:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property management personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial office buildings, common areas, parking facilities, loading docks, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor, contractor, and delivery entry procedures in accordance with property policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document activities as required.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports regarding patrols, incidents, maintenance concerns, and other security-related observations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
