Job Description

As a Security Officer Part Time Patrol Security in Liberty, MO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will provide exceptional customer service, clear communication, and timely reporting while representing Allied Universal's agile, reliable, innovative, caring, team-oriented, and integrity-driven values.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, offices, parking areas, loading zones, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions or activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, and report access-control concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures.
• Complete detailed activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
