Qualifications

• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols throughout retail areas, common spaces, entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe activity, reporting suspicious conditions, policy violations, and maintenance concerns.
• Document incidents and daily activities accurately, and communicate information to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and store associates by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout retail areas, common spaces, entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe activity within the location, reporting suspicious conditions, policy violations, and maintenance concerns according to site procedures.
• Document incidents, observations, and daily activities accurately, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
