Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and access concerns in a calm, professional manner, notifying site contacts or emergency services as directed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility and perimeter to identify unusual activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with credential verification and visitor directions.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and other security-related activities in site reporting systems.

Pay Rate: $18.57 / Hour

Job Schedule

• Fri: 02:00 PM - 10:30 PM
• Sat: 02:00 PM - 10:30 PM

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency services as directed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, office areas, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, assisting with credential verification, visitor directions, and access-related questions.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and other security-related activities accurately and promptly in accordance with Allied Universal and site reporting requirements.

Minimum Requirements

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
