What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and/or contractors at a technology-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.


• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and activities according to site procedures.


• Conduct regular and random patrols of office areas, common spaces, parking areas, and the business perimeter to help identify unusual activity, facility concerns, and/or policy violations.


• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and report unauthorized access attempts or suspicious behavior.


• Communicate professionally with site contacts, emergency responders, and Allied Universal leadership while maintaining accurate daily activity and incident reports.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.


• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.


• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.


• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
