Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Security Officer to provide unarmed patrol duties and credential audits at a Houston site. You will engage clients with a professional presence, perform access control, and respond to incidents while maintaining a visible security posture.

Position is Part Time with weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM) and pay of $16.75 per hour. TWIC is required or preferred; CPR/license is preferred.

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas at a corporate location, maintaining a visible presence to help deter incidents. You will support access control, respond to security-related concerns, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. • Sat 06:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Comfortable use of a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
