Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigations conducted as required by law.

• Drug screening as a condition of employment where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and guests at a technology and media location by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations calmly and report observations according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility and perimeter to identify hazards and policy concerns.
• Monitor access points and support visitor and contractor entry procedures per site requirements.
• Maintain a professional presence to deter unauthorized access and support a positive environment.

• Wed: 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM
• Fri: 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and guests at a technology and media location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; document observations and report relevant information according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and policy concerns.
• Monitor access points and support visitor and contractor entry procedures in accordance with site requirements.
• Maintain a professional presence while helping to deter unauthorized access and supporting a positive environment for personnel and visitors.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
