Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Patrol Coverage in Forest, MS to provide reliable hours at an assigned site with flexible shifts, including opportunities to pick up additional shifts through the scheduling platform.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors while carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and emergency response activities at a food and beverage production location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, exterior grounds, parking areas, perimeter, and restricted‑access points to help identify unusual conditions and policy concerns.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain accurate logs and documentation in accordance with site requirements.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and emergency personnel as directed.
• Prepare clear, timely activity and incident reports and communicate observations to Allied Universal leadership and site management.

As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Patrol Coverage in Forest, MS, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking‑up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $15.66 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeFri10:00 PM - 06:00 AMSun10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
