Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer for the Shreveport, LA area. You will provide customer service, conduct regular patrols and monitor access to the facility at a technology-focused location.

Responsibilities include documenting visitor activity, responding to incidents, and producing detailed patrol and incident reports. This role offers part-time scheduling and weekly pay through Allied Universal.

Qualifications

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology-focused location by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior spaces, exterior areas, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain activity logs for patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related matters.

Pay Rate: $16.38 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Thur: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Sun: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
