As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors. You will communicate clearly, respond to security-related concerns, and deliver exceptional customer service while reflecting Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, caring, and integrity-driven culture.

Pay Rate: $18.04 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property management personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, access-related issues, and emergency situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial property interiors, exterior areas, parking facilities, common areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor building access points and report suspicious activity, maintenance concerns, hazards, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear, accurate activity and incident reports and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal supervisors and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
