Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Security Officer Patrol Access Control in Fayetteville, NC. You will monitor access points, conduct patrols, and maintain a visible presence to deter incidents at a manufacturing and industrial site.

Responsibilities include verifying credentials, responding to incidents, and delivering exceptional customer service. A high school diploma is required, and background/drug screenings are part of employment. Opportunities for shift-based roles are available.

Qualifications

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check in accordance with laws.
• Criminal histories considered in compliance with laws.
• Drug screen as required by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter to help identify unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access to the location, verify visitor and contractor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor, vehicle, and incident documentation.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders when needed.
• Observe and report potential hazards, damaged property, and policy violations to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
