As an Unarmed Security Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will conduct routine patrols, communicate clearly, and provide exceptional customer service while representing Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, and integrity-driven culture.

Pay Rate: $16.97 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of manufacturing and industrial buildings, production areas, parking areas, access points, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access to the location, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain accurate entries in required logs.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific escalation procedures.
• Report observed hazards, maintenance concerns, policy violations, and unusual activity to appropriate personnel and document incidents clearly.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
