Qualifications

• Background check required per federal, state, and local laws.

• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, patrons, tenants, and/or staff at a public parking location while following site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of parking facilities to identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor vehicle and pedestrian access and report incidents, hazards, or maintenance concerns per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and inquiries in a calm, professional manner and follow emergency procedures when needed.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and reports and communicate with leadership and site personnel.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, patrons, tenants, and/or staff at a public parking transportation location while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of parking facilities, garages, lots, access points, stairwells, elevators, and surrounding perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor vehicle and pedestrian access, observe parking-related activity, and report incidents, hazards, property damage, and/or maintenance concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and communications with Allied Universal leadership, site personnel, and/or public service agencies as directed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
