Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and drivers by following site-specific security procedures.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly and follow escalation/reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of buildings, production areas, parking areas, access points and perimeter.
• Monitor access control points and verify visitor/contractor authorization; maintain logs.
• Report property damage, suspicious activity, and policy violations to management.

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service. You will use communication and computer or tablet skills to support daily operations while contributing to a caring, teamwork-focused culture built on integrity, reliability, agility, and innovation.

Pay Rate: $13.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and drivers by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, hazardous conditions, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, production areas, parking areas, access points, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access control points, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain accurate logs and incident documentation.
• Report damaged property, suspicious activity, equipment concerns, and policy violations to site management and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
