Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a part-time security officer in Wisconsin to provide customer service to tenants, employees, visitors, and shoppers while following site-specific security procedures and emergency response activities.

Expect regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, including common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter spaces. You will respond calmly to incidents and document all activities through clear reports.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as required by law.
• Drug screen required as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, employees, visitors, and shoppers while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, including common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter spaces, to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders as needed.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor and delivery activity in accordance with site procedures.
• Document incidents, observations, patrols, and daily activities through clear and accurate reports.

Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

Candidates MUST have a valid driver’s license with at least one year of driving history

Job Schedule:

• Fri 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Sat 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, employees, visitors, and shoppers while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
