Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Security Officer – Mobile Patrol Driver in Montgomeryville, PA. You will perform unarmed patrols, provide customer service, and deter incidents while maintaining a visible presence on site.

This role requires a valid driver’s license and compliance with AU’s policies. Schedule includes Friday and Saturday night shifts; drive to various locations and support clients and employees with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees while following site-specific security procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing and industrial areas, parking areas, access points, and perimeters.
• Monitor access, verify entry requirements, and report unusual activity to site leadership.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and according to site procedures.
• Maintain accurate logs and incident reports and communicate findings to leadership and clients.

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license. You will provide strong customer service, communicate clearly, and respond to security-related concerns with integrity, reliability, teamwork, and care.

Pay Rate:

$19.00 / Hour

• Valid Driver's License: Candidates must possess a valid driver's license that complies with the AU Driver Policy Requirements (C123). This includes:
  • A current and valid license issued by the appropriate authority.
  • No significant driving violations or restrictions that would impede the ability to perform job duties.
  • Compliance with any additional requirements as specified in the AU Driver Policy.

• Fri 07:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Sat 07:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of automotive manufacturing and industrial areas, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location, verify visitor and contractor entry requirements, and report unusual activity or policy violations to site leadership.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and documenting observations.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and incident reports while communicating relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and client representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
