Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Part Time Mobile Patrol Driver in Dallas, TX. You will patrol retail sites by vehicle and on foot, maintain a visible security presence, and deter incidents while delivering excellent customer service.

The schedule is part-time with Thursday and Friday shifts, starting at 12:00 PM and ending at 12:00 AM. A valid driver’s license and at least one year of security experience are required; background checks and a drug screen apply.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a retail location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security‑related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for customers and employees. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy. Deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication while working with a reliable, caring team that acts with integrity.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and store associates by carrying out security‑related procedures, location‑specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout retail sales floors, entrances, parking areas, receiving areas, and the surrounding perimeter.
• Observe and report suspicious activity, hazards, policy violations, and other security‑related concerns to appropriate store leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.
• Assist with access control, visitor interactions, and incident documentation while maintaining a professional presence that helps to deter theft and disruptive behavior.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security‑related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
