• AI must possess a valid driver's license that complies with the AU Driver Policy Requirements (C123). This includes:
  • A current and valid license without any restrictions that would impede the ability to perform job duties.
  • No significant traffic violations or driving-related offenses that could affect employment eligibility.

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, perimeter, parking areas, and designated restricted areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials as required, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with site procedures.
• Complete detailed activity reports and communicate observations, incidents, and maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel and/or Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
