Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Patrol Driver for a part-time role in Greenville, NC. You will provide unarmed security services, perform routine patrols, monitor access points, and assist residents, visitors, and staff with professional customer service.

A valid driver's license is required for this driving post, and the schedule includes DayTime and Night shifts. As part of Allied Universal's team, you will help deter incidents, document patrols and incidents, and report

Qualifications

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control practices, and emergency response activities at a residential community.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and the property perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, resident, and vendor activity in accordance with site policies; document arrivals, departures, and unusual occurrences as required.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency services when needed.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of patrols, incidents, maintenance concerns, and security-related observations, and communicate relevant information to site management and Allied Universal leadership.
