Pay Rate: $16.89 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Tue 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control practices, and emergency response activities at a residential community.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and the property perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, resident, and vendor activity in accordance with site policies; document arrivals, departures, and unusual occurrences as required.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency services when needed.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of patrols, incidents, maintenance concerns, and security-related observations, and communicate relevant information to site management and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
