As a Patrol Unarmed Officer supporting an educational government location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. This primarily driving post requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy. Job Schedule:

• Wed 03:30 PM - 12:00 AM


• Sat 03:30 PM - 12:00 AM


• Sun 03:00 PM - 12:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to students, staff, visitors, and/or contractors while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies at an educational campus.


• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of campus buildings, grounds, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity.


• Monitor access points and report unauthorized entry, suspicious activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns according to site procedures.


• Respond to incidents, alarms, medical situations, and other critical events in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate campus personnel and/or emergency responders when needed.


• Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain required activity logs for patrols, incidents, and security-related observations.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.


• A guard card or license is preferred.


• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.


• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.


• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.


• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.


• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
