As a Security Officer Part Time Lobby Driver in Memphis, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a healthcare location, you will welcome visitors, manage access, monitor entry activity, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. You will help maintain a professional, secure environment while supporting security-related procedures and responding to concerns. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license. Pay Rate: $17.65 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service at the front desk by greeting visitors, verifying access requirements, issuing visitor credentials, and directing individuals to appropriate areas within the healthcare location.
• Carry out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor visitor activity, maintain accurate logs, and assist with managing access to restricted areas in accordance with site requirements.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through established procedures.
• Support a professional, welcoming reception environment while helping to deter unauthorized access and disruptive activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
