Allied Universal is hiring a Part Time Front Desk Driver in Houston, TX. You will be the welcoming, highly visible presence at a corporate location, managing access, greeting visitors, and supporting a professional environment.

This driving post requires a valid driver’s license and the ability to document activity using computer systems. As a Front Desk Security Professional, you will respond to security-related concerns with integrity, communicate clearly, and coordinate with site staff.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required in the state where the job is located.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Monitor visitor access, greet and direct guests, and maintain accurate visitor logs and required documentation.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Answer incoming calls, communicate relevant information to appropriate personnel, and support front desk operations.

Pay Rate: $16.75 / Hour

• Mon: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Wed: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Fri: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You’ll Do:

• Monitor visitor access, greet and direct guests, and maintain accurate visitor logs and required documentation.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Answer incoming calls, communicate relevant information to appropriate personnel, and support front desk operations in accordance with site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
