Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include being at least 18 years old for unarmed roles (21+ for armed roles).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as per federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screening as permitted by law.
• License requirements as per state/local laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk of a technology-focused location by greeting visitors, employees, contractors, and delivery personnel in a professional manner.
• Monitor access to the facility by verifying visitor credentials, issuing visitor badges, maintaining sign-in records, and directing guests according to site-specific policies.
• Answer incoming calls, manage inquiries, and communicate visitor arrivals or facility concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Carry out security-related procedures, including reviewing access requests, monitoring front desk activity, and documenting incidents or unusual conditions.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific emergency response activities and notifying appropriate contacts.

Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour

Job Schedule: DayTimeThur07:00 AM - 03:00 PMFri03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
