Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• A background check will be conducted in line with laws.
• A drug screen is required where permitted by law.

• Complete detailed reports and maintain daily activity logs for patrols and observations.

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of banking areas, entrances, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, assisting with access control and directing individuals as needed.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting activities according to site policy.
• Complete detailed reports and maintain accurate daily activity logs for patrols, incidents, and security-related observations.

Minimum Requirements

• A license issued by the state, county, or city for security-related work is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
