You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $23.08 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Fri: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Sat: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Sun: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities in a healthcare setting.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating with appropriate personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor management in accordance with facility policies, directing individuals to appropriate locations when needed.
• Document incidents, observations, and/or patrol activities accurately and report security-related concerns to site leadership or Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21+ years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
