Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Security Officer Part Time Incident Documentation in Baltimore, MD. You will monitor and safeguard residents, visitors, and staff while performing incident documentation and reporting.

This role offers a flexible night schedule and a platform to claim additional shifts. A high school diploma and the ability to pass background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles, 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background check and drug screen will be conducted as a condition of employment.
• Licensing requirements vary by state and may be required before employment.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and policies.
• Monitor access to the location, greet and direct visitors, and report suspicious activity.
• Respond calmly to incidents and emergencies, including medical incidents and resident concerns.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of building, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Document incidents and daily activities accurately and communicate with site leadership.

As a Healthcare Security Professional with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to maintain a welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and staff. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, respond to concerns, and deliver exceptional customer service. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $16.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Fri 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Sat 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor access to the healthcare residential location, greet and direct visitors, and report suspicious or unusual activity according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including medical emergencies, resident concerns, and facility-related events.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the building, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
• Document incidents, observations, and daily activities accurately, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
