As a Security Officer Part Time Identity Screening Driver in Diamond Bar, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As a Security Screener in a residential community, you will help manage access, screen visitors and vehicles, verify credentials, and provide professional customer service to residents and guests. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license. You will remain visible, communicate clearly, document activity, and support a welcoming environment while helping to deter security-related incidents. Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, community policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Screen and document authorized residents, guests, deliveries, and service personnel entering the residential community in accordance with site-specific access procedures.
• Verify visitor authorization and maintain accurate access records, visitor logs, and other required documentation.
• Respond to access concerns, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, common areas, and the residential community perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
