Pay Rate: $23.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeFri03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Sat03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution reception area while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Manage front desk access activities by greeting visitors, verifying identification and appointments, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining accurate visitor records.
• Monitor entry points, cameras, alarms, and other security-related systems as assigned, and report unusual activity or access concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Maintain clear communication with building management, tenant representatives, employees, and Allied Universal leadership regarding daily operations and security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least two years of security-related experience.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
