• Monitor entry points, alarms, cameras, and other security-related systems from a stationary post; report unusual activity, access concerns, and system issues according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, requests for assistance, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; coordinate notifications with appropriate site contacts and emergency responders.

What You'll Do

• Operate the front desk by greeting and screening visitors, verifying identification and appointments, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining accurate visitor records.
• Monitor entry points, alarms, cameras, and other security-related systems from a stationary post; report unusual activity, access concerns, and system issues according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, requests for assistance, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; coordinate notifications with appropriate site contacts and emergency responders.
• Support a professional corporate environment by answering questions, directing visitors, receiving deliveries, and maintaining clear communication with Allied Universal leadership and site personnel.

Minimum Requirements

• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
